Refund Policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food and flowers), newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Downloadable software
Certain health and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:
Books with visible signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
Reach out to your bank, as there may be a delay before the refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@luccarodriguezart.com and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return. Once received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For returns of items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
